Ivy.NET

An Ivy framework equivalent for .NET- to ease binary dependency management (retrieval/publishing), without relying on having items committed in source repositories. Project has been started (albeit in a simplistic implementation), used by a client (investment bank), with 3 developers. Code is currently not available on public server.
