      Description

It would be nice if codehaus servers supported CIA.vc notification, so that developer see commits as they hit the version control in IRC (using one of the CIA bots).
In order to do so, CIA just needs a mail sent to an address given to you during the project configuration. Unfortunately I cannot forcefully subscribe that address to the commits mailing list of my project (GeoServer). Any chance of allowing this to project admins?

Project despots are supposed to be able to subscribe new addresses with no confirmation. Just go to the commits list and add the address as a normal subscriber.

Let me know how you go.

Thanks, you're right, I did not notice the controls in xircles.
