Create a 'builds' mailing list for the Mule project

Description

Mule has an ever growing number of build plans which currently send notifications to the dev list. This makes it much harder to browse through the dev list archive now to search for human discussions.

Could we please create a dedicated 'builds' mailing list which would contain those notifications only? We'd have to allow an external (as related to Codehaus/Contegix) bamboo instance to send emails to the list, much like it's done now for the dev (might require some admin action from your side).

I have created the list and added bamboo-server@codehaus.org as an allowed sender.

However I think you use a non-Codehaus server for builds? I'll need to add whatever address your build server will be sending with.

Ben, we have confirmed the list working fine with our bamboo instance. However, the archive part is missing. Once added, the issue can be closed.
