Description

Use only one project in JIRA for all Gumtree tasks. Possibly use the Gumtree Platform project that already exists.

Create versions based on the iterative release schedule described by http://gumtree.ansto.gov.au:9080/nbicms/projects/gumtree-project/gumtree-project-plans/gumtree-1-4-project-plan/
Dot release e.g. 1.4 would be available every 4 months.
Version 1.4.1 is iteration 1 of a 4 iteration cycle available every 3 weeks
The JIRA roadmap report on the Gumtree project would show all task associated with that version
Clicking on the version provides task details including status.

When creating a task, ensure the correct target (instrument) and Fix Version is selected.

Nick to manually check that tasks assigned to the current iteration are of status "In progress" and align with the plone plan.

One page on plone would be created for planning what work is to be done in each dot release (4 month cycle) and provide a high level summary of tasks. This page will have a hyperlink to the jira roadmap

We are now using codehaus jira as our central issue tracking repository.

The new JIRA has been setup in codehaus.

All existing 1.4.x issues from the GumTree platform has been migrated, but we still need to transfer the rest of issues from ANSTO internal JIRA to codehaus manually.
