A first cut at some TCK tests for chapter 3. I'd welcome feedback on any aspect of these tests.

Untar in the tck/test directory. Creates subdirectory 'gls/ch03'.

New patch: made sure all the tests are named "void textXXX()" rather than "def testXXX()" so that JUnit picks them up properly. Also tidied the IntLit tests.
