Prohibited final modifier in enum stubs

If you have 'enum Foo

{ FOO }

' and try to generate a stub for it, it'll contain 'public final enum Foo ...' and javac refuses to compile it.

Prevents IntelliJ IDEA to be compiled by Groovy 1.8.5
