Description

groovy.bat does not respond when specify arguments that contain * (asterisk)

ex.

groovy "println '*'"

This seems the same bug as GROOVY-3043 that is already fixed, but this bug still exists now.

Yes, here you are. But this patch is just to avoid this trouble, not so tested.
So I guess startGroovy_V2.bat in GROOVY-3043 might be better, I haven't read the code well though.

I won't be able to test that myself and check that in, as I'm running on a Mac, so hopefully, someone on Windows will take a look.

I tested the "startGroovy.bat.diff.2" patch. Sadly it doesn't work for me using Windows XP and groovy-2.1.0-SNAPSHOOT.
