Description

ASTNode getText() methods could be improved, many props ignored, some throw Exceptions.

For instance, a?.b*.c renders as a.b.c

To fix this JIRA, review the getText() of all ASTNode subclasses.

PropertyExpression and MethodCall expression are updated. I will review the others shortly. I am keeping a list of all the nodes that are complete/reviewed.

MethodNode is updated. Slowly working through these. There are a lot of subclasses.
