ClassExpression's of the form "SomeType.class" have wrong lastColumnNumber

Description

"SomeType.class" currently has the same lastColumnNumber as if it were written "SomeType". Patch is included. I haven't included the unit test because I'll first need to submit the helper class that I use for testing AST-related code as a separate JIRA issue.
