      Description

Say there are two plugins with matching base names (splash for example) but each one targets a different UI toolkit, i.e, splash-swing and splash-javafx. Calling the following command on an application

      griffon install-plugin splash

should be able to resolve the right plugin given that the application knows its default UI toolkit (saved in application metadata)
