Internalize addon discovery at runtime

Available addons are configured via the Builder.groovy script. This feature proposes the configuration to be internalized by following naming conventions. There will no longer be a need to configure an addon in Builder.groovy if the defaults are OK. However the developer has the choice of tweaking the addon's contributions in Builder.groovy (AddonManager will perform a merge of custom & default settings).
