Destroying an MVC group should remove all of its members from application/custom event buses

        Application event listeners that have been automatically registered by the framework will also be unregistered when an MVC group gets destroyed.

        For registration on custom event buses a manual approach is required as it's the developer's responsibility to clean up what he manually registered.
