[Refactoring problem] plugin causes eclipse java refactoring to fail

When having a enumeration in java class with extended constructor, a "Refactor | Rename" is not possible but leads to a stack trace in .log file of eclipse.
I'll attach the sample class used for the test (fresh eclipse installation, fresh workspace, fresh project, add only this class, refactoring works. Add groovy plugin -> refactoring fails with
