If you have a new version of grails with changed core plugins, how do you get it to update <prj>/plugins/core ? grails clean and grails upgrade do not do it.

How can you do this without a manual copy?

User error - grails upgrade updates the core plugins. However, why are these copied into the source tree? This is just as bad as us leaving them in grails-app/taglib surely?
