Description

we should keep the inner "f/F" always uppercase (as we do mostly) or lowercase (as in SyncDataflowQueue)

I believe since 0.12 all dataflow class names use lower case inner f. Any violations of this rule should be fixed, although I'm not aware of any ATM.

I couldn't find any inconsistencies. All classes seem to be using the correct "Dataflow" capitalization.
