Description

Create Java interfaces for "Geospatial objects". This work is done on the GeoAPI web site, and interfaces appears there:

http://geoapi.sourceforge.net/javadoc/

Actually, a set of Java interfaces is already defined as part of the GO-1 project. We need to refactor it in order to make use of new "Spatial Referencing by Coordinates" and "Feature Geometry" interfaces. The GO-1 interfaces provides support for interactive rendering.
