Description

Create Java interfaces for "Spatial Referencing by Coordinates". This work is done on the GeoAPI web site, and interfaces appears there:

http://geoapi.sourceforge.net/javadoc/

In the special case of "Spatial Referencing by Coordinates", a number of issues need to be resolved. Among other: need to defines transformation methods and factory interfaces (they are not defined in UML diagrams).

Mostly completed. Some interface may be slightly revisited, and something equivalent to the legacy WGS84ConversionInfo object needs to be added. But a sound fundation is now available as GeoAPI 1.0.0.
