Remove Deprecated Code from GeoTools for 2.2 Release

Description

There is quite a bit of code that was deprecated from GeoTools 2.0 that should be remove before the 2.2 Release is made.

The "deprecation cleanup" is already done for the following modules:

  - gt2-referencing
  - gt2-coverage
  - gt2-epsg-access
  - gt2-epsg-hsql
  - gt2-epsg-postgresql
  - gt2-ext-go
  - gt2-widgets-swing

The remaining deprecated classes/methods in the above-cited modules need to wait for Geotools 2.3 before they can be removed, as of our "deprecate - wait for one release cycle - delete" policy.
