Contains detailed design information for the Coverage core package. This is the GeoTools end of things and corresponds to GEO-80, which specifies the GeoAPI end of things.

I have an EMF model for this issue, generated classes and filled in some of the methods.
Currently, I need to go over my work and double check that the model and classes conform to the design.
