Description

Implement the design for nD coverage objects. Consider this task complete when code is written, committed to the development branch, and tests have been created. The tests can be taken from the "sample code" written when researching metadata and CRS requirements. This sample code should have been uploaded to the wiki at that time. Correct the wiki to reflect any necessary changes to the junit test.
