Support ColorBrewer palettes as function

      Description

      This will add suport for ColorBrewer palettes and make them available as a custom user function for use in styling.

        Cool - we have some code for this (but I imagine you have more). Indeed we are working on aggregate functions just so we can have color brewer based styles produced as defaults for udig.

        James if you want we can backport stuff when we are done, or you may sweet talk Corey into having this bug assigned to him :-)
