Remove dead branches from SVN as agreed by email on June 5, 2005:

List of branches to delete:

fid_branch
gce-exp
jdbc_fid_exp
jmacgill
wkb
wkb-branch
grid-exp

Branches are deleted only if they are inactive for at least 3 months.
