Wrong longitude and latitude abbreviations in DefaultCoordinateSystemAxis

Description

The right greek letters (according ISO 19111) are lambda for longitude and phi for latitude. The constants in DefaultCoordinateSystemAxis do the opposite. Additionnaly, the greek letters for spherical longitude and latitude should be omega and theta.

Fixed on trunk as of revision 14657, and on the 2.1 branch as of revision 14658. The fix on the 2.1 branch was done with copy-paste-edit of selected code rather than "svn merge" in order to avoid the introduction of new Geotools 2.2 features.
