Description

A module that, based on a set of candidate spacings, calculates a suitable spacing between the grid lines of a graticule, and calculates a set of Features that can be used to render the grid lines.

This would actually be quite nice to have. The direct draw map layer that Jody is planning could be used to display it. I'll add this one to the wish list for the swing module.

The source for Gabriel's graticule trick in the GeoServer CRS preview is here:

which in turn generates something like:

I think so. I added the ability to generate lines a while ago. Please try it out. Once the line function is usable the module can be moved into gt-main or wherever.
