MetaBufferEstimator should analyse image size for ExternalGraphic if graphic size is set

      Description

      If referenced image has rectangle format (width != height) and the Graphic Size is set, the image is scaled to the defined graphic size for the height value.

      MetaBufferEstimator doesn't analyse the image size correctly, only if the graphic size isn't set.

          Patch manually merged on trunk, amending the issue with dynamic sizes and merging it with the work Sebastian Graca made on SE 1.1 inline content for external graphic.
