Description

The ReprojectingFeatureCollection reprojects a given FeatureCollection to a new CRS but it doesn't include the target CRS details in its bounds. The attached patch fixes this issue.

Patch applied on trunk. Could not backport on 2.7.x since there it breaks another test due to issues in subcollection filtering, which were solved only on trunk by another (large) commit
