teradata 'LOB Workaround' parameter poorly named

Description

The DataStore Param named 'LOB Workaround' actually disables the workaround though it appears to enable it.
The name should be changed to 'Disable LOB Workaround' and the DataStore should check for the old name to ensure backward compatibility.
