Description

Recently I needed to write a quick style visitor but found there was no good base class that i could use. I need a visitor that visits the entire style tree. DuplicatingStyleVisitor does that but i don't want to touch the style, just visit it all of it. So here is a base class visitor that visits the entire style tree.

There are actually some classes around that only visit the style that derive from the duplicating one just for the sake of having the navigation, this new class is a better alternative

Shall we just go ahead and commit this? Jody has been non responsive to various tickets with attached patches, I've actually started to review and apply them myself to avoid putting off potential contributors
