updateSequence ignored on WMS capabilities

Description

In WMSComplexTypes.java there is a line which deliberately ignores setting the updateSequence when reading a WMS capabilities document. I am trying to implement a WMS tile cache option in udig and need this update sequence to invalidate tiles when in use.
