Description

This is a process that calculates the centroids for each geometry in a feature collection. Handy for simplifying polygons down to points.

Switched "process" module ownership in jira to someone that actually looks at tickets.

Rohan, the process appears to be good, it needs also a test verifying its proper behavior to be committed
