ImageMosaic construction, or small area check over a time based mosaic, might result in "too many open files" issue

Description

This is due to the geotiff format not closing the streams it opens and the mosaic opening all files to just grab the grid geometry if all the files are superimposed

  • Major - Major loss of function.
  • Closed - The issue is considered finished, the resolution is correct. Issues which are not closed can be reopened.
