Okay the developers guide was no consistent; I cannot really remember the email thread. I would like to make sure it is consistent.

Okay I am going to run through this and make it 40% across the board; I need to know this number upfront for project planning.

Another one for you to review Ben; Need to make sure I did not accidentally change policy etc...

The supported.rst page has been updated to reflect 40%; and the test page revised to 40% as well.

Some of the text had previously mentioned 60% as a target for supported modules.

The testing page does indicate "The percentage reported is based on the lines of code your test cases manage to test, please limit
this to "real" tests - although we demand 40% test coverage for supported modules we would much
rather this is produced honestly."
