Description

BBOX filters encoding looses the srs information, the attached patch fixes that for both Filter 1.0 and Filter 1.1.

Btw, this one builds on top of the previous patch to allow round tripping of GetFeature (which btw, works like a champ).
Do you mind if I backport that one and this one to 2.6.x as well?
