Fid filters against virtual tables fail to execute as expected

Description

A FID filter against a virtual table with a primary key column properly configured will fail because the generated PrimaryKey definition contains a column with the wrong type. The FID validators will then fail to recognize the FID as valid and will remove it from the query, turning a fid filter into Filter.EXCLUDE
