WFS GetFeatures should not mix Id Filter with other Filters

Description

Have had a report coming in from H. Rubach against the uDig project where apparently the WFS code is failing against the new deegree 3 service.

Reported problems are shy on details thus far:

  • Invalid Filter (containing nested filter element?)
  • Filter use feature id unknown to service?
  • Filter that always evaluates to false

And something that does not make sense to me:

  • locAction attribtue not allowde for WFS 1.0.0
