Merge AbstractProcessor with DefaultProcessor

Description

We should merge the coverage Processor hierarchy since right now we are using two classes (one is abstract) while one would be enough.

Good call Simone. Perhaps consider changing the name to CoverageProcessor or similar ? DefaultProcessor and AbstractProcessor could then be deprecated and just point to the new class.

Ciao Michael, thanks for the feedback. I have also added the possibility to specify custom Hints when you execute an operation, which was not possible up to now. I have added back the old classes (with deprecation).
