Description

Actually, in order to satisfy a specific request in terms of needed resolution, the ImageMosaic reader uses decimation on reading on top of an available resolution level (if any), by setting proper subsampling factor on the ImageReadParam.
It would be good if we could provide a Hint to the reader to specify that we don't want to use decimation on reading.
