Description

Gives geoserver the ability to server out Envi header files through WCS/WMS. Note that this has read functionality only at this stage, which means Envi header files can be read by geoserver, but not spat out as Envi header files.

Patch did not pick up the addition to the file org.geotools.coverage.grid.io.GridFormatFactorySpi, with the addition of the line:

org.geotools.coverageio.gdal.envihdr.EnviHdrFormatFactory
