Description

The draft of SLD 1.1.0 includes new tags, some of which could prove extreamly usefull.

ALthough the new spec is still in draft form, attempting to support it now could highlight any major problems in time for us to request changes before the spec goes final.

I am setting up interfaces, hack what you need into their class description. At least enough for us poor sad implementors.

We do have support for SLD 1.1 thanks to Justin's work. It still does not support all of our extensions but for the sake of this issue I think we are done
