Description

Per Hustad contributed a nice patch for GeoTools 2.5 that implements rotation of rendered layers. The same ability can be added to JMapPane.

Probably best to wait until GeoTools 2.7

This is now working in the refactored swing module (GEOT-2836) and will be available when that code is merged to trunk
