StreamingRenderer.stopRendering won't stop the delegate StreamingRenderer

Description

Calling stopRendering on the shapefile renderer has no effect if a StreamingRenderer has been delegate to do the rendering job

Strange, we are using this feature with non-shapefile DataStores but everything seems to be working nicely for us. We're currently on 2.6.x, but this also worked on 2.5.x. Anyway, we'll keep an eye on this issue here to see what you come up with..

The code of shapefile renderer was actually not passing the param down to the streaming renderer. I already committed the modifications but forgot to close the issue.
