      Description

Hum, it seems JDBCFeatureStore misses an optimized version of modifyFeatures and removeFeatures. Ugh, this is bad, in particular it's a regression against the classic PostGIS data store implementation.

Hum, this one was actually a piece of cake to perform, all the methods necessary to encode a mass update and a mass delete were already there, just needed to be wired up with JDBCFeatureStore (removing a "final" declaration that prevented the override in ContentFeatureStore).
