Description

Documentation on using NetBeans and Eclipse exist in two locations on the wiki site. Both inside the developers guide and in the How-To section.

Having links in both places is fine, but they should link to the same (merged) documentation.

Also note that the dev guide index is a little broken as clicking on 'Tools' takes you to a page which links to the how-to docs, but clicking on 'eclipse' or 'netbeans' takes to you different documentation.

Developers Guide now includes an Eclipse Developers Guide (http://geotools.codehaus.org/Eclipse+Developers+Guide) that gathers all the eclipse based information together.

I will let a NetBeans users start up documentation on that front.
