Description

MutableFIDFeature is complaining if you change the FID more than once, causing issues with versioned datastores.. Attached patch fixes that.

Applied patch; patch forgot to include a class - but the idea is sane. Apparently the versioned postgis datastore wants to have even more control over it's feature ideas then the normal "temp->committed" life cycle.
