Description

As the title says, a clsoed ring might be turned into an open linestring if the last segment length is shorter than the generalization tolerance

Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. GEOS-2042 Labels are always centered, the label point does not take into account the visible part of the polygon
