Description

Many modules have LICENSE.txt or similar files in them. We need a consistent story for these.

The story was to drop a file ending with LICENSE.txt into each module; and include them with the source download. A recent requirement for an About dialog has me thinking that these may be included in a resource folder for runtime access?

As part of the documentation review we sorted out our license story.

Basically we have our main license, and each module is only mentioning any extra licenses they have.
