Description

We need to ensure that the HsqlDialectEpsgFactory is able to function as a stand alone EpsgFactory. The implementation we are replacing functioned without a cache; our implementation is able to use a cache when configured to do so (so it can have a shared cache).

Find functionality initially not suported; corrected by extending AbstractAuthorityFactory and adding a finder that is aware of an "findCache" ObjectCache to AbstractCachedAuthorityFactory.

Code reviewed on geotidy. Large portions has been rewrote. The stress test, which was using 2 workers, has been augmented to 16 workers shared by 32 client threads fetching 100 CRS each. This has revealed deadlocks in 2 different places of the code, which have been fixed.
