JSR 108 has been withdrawn in favor of JSR 275.

This is already planned. Basically we are waiting for the permission to build Geotools with Java 5 (i.e. abandonning Java 1.4 support).

Upgrated on trunk as of revision 30760, using geoapi-2.2-20080618.142232-16 snapshot. Changing this issue as "resolved". Waiting for a little bit of experience before to close it.
