Geoserver 2.14 war doesn't respond in JBoss AS7.1 in OpenShift

Description

Deploying GeoServer 2.1.3 on OpenShift with the JBoss AS7.1 cartridge works fine following these directions: http://dubrovsky.posterous.com/geoserver-on-openshift. Trying the same process with 2.1.4 results in empty responses from the server, even with invalid URLs that would normally 404.

Hmm... no idea whatsoever of what might have changed that breaks OpenShift, the web.xml has not been touched as far as I know.

I just tried to deploy 2.1.4 on Tomcat6 & Ubuntu 11.10 and everything 404s. Swap out the war file to 2.1.3 and it works. Strange thing is that Catalina.out doesn't show any errors unique to deploying 2.1.4.
