Hello Andrea,
you are absolutely right, my apologies ... moreover the previous patch missed the class NetworkLinkMapOutputFormat that I ported back from trunk in order to have the MapContext available on the encoder.

Don't know why, but the KMLSuperOverlayTransformerTest is always formatted from scratch; maybe due to some hidden windows characters? Don't really know!!
